Cyrima process Wiki provides simple and convenient tool that distributes knowledge about your company operating model to each employee engaged in the project delivery. It allows to navigate between contents of each process, policy or standard. Additionally, it helps to structure information about process flows so it is easier for employees to learn the process initially and later on – get back to its details, during project delivery.
Security tasks generated automatically for each project category
Tasks that are generated by our Jira Plugin into your project backlog relate directly to process activities described on Wiki. Their content elaborates activity descriptions available at the Wiki level, adjusting them to project category, its size, risk level and selected compliance acts or norms. At any point user can easily navigate between high and detailed description levels, to check next steps or to adjust work approach by checking how its results will be utilized.
One-click requests for expert support for your projects
We adjusted description complexity to a level which will provide full understanding of task scope, complexity and expected quality of its products even to an unexperienced project manager. They can be used as detailed SOW description for your contractors. Behind our app there is a whole network of verified contractors, who are familiar with our Framework and can be hired with a few clicks. You don’t have to write any job descriptions, just select tasks from project backlog and choose a consultant that you like based on a short list of verified vendors with experience with cases similar to yours.
Selected Compliance requirements mapped on each task
Upcoming Update v1.1. will enable project managers to selectively pick EU security related norms and legal acts (eg. GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO2700x). Plugin will translate their requirements into task descriptions, just like before – adjusting them to your particular case. Default Framework approach is focused on “effective protection vs its cost” optimization, any regulatory specific tasks are presented separately to highlight their importance.
